Design should start with you. I want to know how you actually live — where you curl up with coffee, what a calm morning looks like in your house, what "home" needs to feel like for your family. That's how you end up with a space that's not just beautiful, but unmistakably yours.

My path to design wasn't a straight line — and I think that's made me better at it. I started my career in new home sales with Pulte Homes in Denver, where I learned something that's stuck with me ever since: buying or building a home is one of the most personal decisions people make, and it deserves someone who actually listens.

Design has always been my instinct — for years, I taught myself by doing, from designing photo backdrops to transforming a cold, empty warehouse into a space teenagers actually wanted to spend time in. That project taught me something I still carry into every home I design: a space isn't finished when it looks good. It's finished when people want to be in it.

When my husband and I moved back to his hometown of Durango, I turned that instinct into a career — shadowing local designers, then learning hands-on at Urban Market Design. In 2022, I started CO Designs Co. to bring that same philosophy to every project, from full remodels to one-room refreshes to ground-up new builds.

Durango is home for us. My husband and I are raising our three kids here, deeply involved in their schools and community — and that same care for the people around me is what I bring to every client's home.
